Basic Digital Video

Basic Digital Video will meet on Tuesdays, November 6 to 20 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The class will meet on the first day of class in computer lab B206 in the SullinsAdministrationBuilding on the Blytheville campus. The second day of class students will meet in the Adams/Vines Gallery on the Blytheville campus. The fee is $49.
Do you have a camcorder, video capable digital camera or even a cell phone video camera? Do you want to know how to do more than “point and shoot”? If so, this Basic Digital Video class is for you. Whether you are trying to shoot better looking videos for your family, your church or your business, learning the basics of Digital Vide will help you learn how.
During this fun and informative three-day course, you will learn how to better setup your shots, basic lighting techniques and how to improve the look of your videos. With both classroom and hands-on instruction, you will learn how to get good looking videos.
Award-winning Photojournalist and Cinematographer H. Wolfgang Porter will take away the mysteries of using your digital camera. In the fun course Digital Cameras De-Mystified, students will learn basic camera controls, how to better expose and compose photos, the differences in recording media used by today’s popular digital cameras and how to download/store your precious images.
