Cooking Class: “A Taste of Italy”

A Taste of Italy is offered on Thursday, October 11, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the home of Chef Abby Houseworth at 1708 North Wedgewood Drive, Blytheville. Registration fee is $39.

 Imagine dusty tracks through medieval villages, lush vineyards and fields of fresh produce.  A wonderful evening is in store as we prepare classic dishes from the Italy.  The foods of Italy get its distinctiveness from the use of the area’s bounty. Tuscan White Beans, Mushrooms, Lemons, Prosciutto, Tomatoes and Wine all contribute to the culinary style that is unique to Italy. Come savor food from the kitchen of Chef Abby from Bistro 1121 of the Holiday Inn in Blytheville.
