Digging in the Past

Arkansas Northeastern College’s Department of Continuing and Community Education will offer “Digging in the Past,” Saturday, April 21, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Registration fee is $30. The class will meet at the Widner-Magers Farm in Dell,Arkansas. 

Students will learn how the archeology experts dig in Arkansas in a hands-on experience at the Widner-Magers Farm. Students will learn the laws and techniques. The class with then dig in an actual pit while supervised by a member of the Arkansas Archeology Society, Instructor John Holt. Tools will be supplied.
