American Sign Language
American Sign Language will meet on Thursdays, March 1 to April 19, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. on the Blytheville campus in room L101. The fee is $49.
American Sign Language is the primary language for thousands of hearing impaired Americans. Students will acquire an impressive vocabulary of signs along with finger spelling skills. Upon successful completion, the student will be able to ask and give directions and make limited small talk in American Sign Language.

The Coast Comes to Arkansas
The Coast Comes to Arkansas cooking class by Chef Abby Houseworth, will meet Thursday, March 1, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at 1708 North Wedgewood, Blytheville. The fee is $39.
Enhance your knowledge and enjoyment of fresh seafood. The class features preparation and cooking techniques of oysters, mussels and shrimp through demonstration. There will be some hands on practice. Enjoy raw, steamed sautéed and roasted delights from the sea. Chef Abby is a graduate of the Culinary Institute in New York City and owner/operator of Bistro 1121 of Blytheville.
