Native American Folklore and Medicine Bag

The Department of Continuing and Community Education at Arkansas Northeastern College will offer Native American Folklore and Medicine Bag on Monday, February 27, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The class will meet in the Adams/Vines Gallery on the ANC Blytheville campus. The fee is $20 for one session.
Traditionally, Indian Medicine pouches held special protection medicines or healing herbs. Students will learn some of the folklore as they handcraft their own medicine pouch. All supplies will be provided, including leather, beads, waxed thread and herbs.
