Zumba will meet Tuesday and Thursday, April 6 to May 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. The fee is $29 for 8 sessions. The Zumba goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to be hooked. Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating session of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Yogalates will meet Tuesday and Thursday, April 6 to May 6 from 6:20 p.m. to 7:05 p.m. The fee is $29 for 8 sessions. This class will improve your flexibility, give you a nicely toned, lean body and help you forget about your busy life for an hour. Yogalates is a mixture of power yoga and pilates. Come join us for yoglates class!
Boot Camp will meet Saturday, April 3 to May 29, 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The fee is $51 for 8 sessions. Join us in Saturday Boot Camp and be ready to sweat. The class provides a total body work out. It will improve cardio and muscle strength as well as flexibility. Start the weekend right! Come and join the fun!
