ANC Offers Belly Dancing!

Belly dance is a fun way to exercise, stretch, tone muscles and build core strength. Learn to move with rhythm, grace, and expression while improving balance, flexibility and rhythm. Belly dance is for any size, age, experience, or skill level.
Wear comfortable clothes for stretching. Bring a scarf to tie around your hips.
Instructor: Brooke Burks
Location: Aerobics Room in the Briggs/Sebaugh Wellness Center
Tuesday & Thursdays, March 30 – May 6
4:40 p.m. – 5:20 p.m.
Fee: $40 (12 sessions)
