exercise5How would you like to improve your flexibility, get a nicely toned, lean body and forget about your busy life for an hour?  Come and get fit in our Zumba or Yogalates classes conducted by Sofia Long in the Briggs/Sebaugh Wellness Ctr./Aerobics Room. 

The Zumba is an absolute blast in one exhilarating session of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Zumba is like no other workout you will ever experience. Zumba will meet Monday and Wednesday, March 30 – June 1, 9:00 – 9:45 a.m. or Tuesday and Thursday, March 31 – June 2, 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. Fee is $74 for 20 sessions.

How would you like to improve your flexibility, get a nicely toned, lean body and forget about your busy life for an hour?  Yogalates is a mixture of power Yoga and Pilates and it is a great way to get in shape for the summer.  Bring your yoga mat and join us for yogalate class!  We will meet Tuesday and Thursday, March 31 to June 2 from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.  The fee is $74 for 20 sessions.
